I got Van from the Humane Society January 1995. Van is a Turkish Van breed, originating from Lake Van in Turkey. I was looking for an older cat to spend time with. When I saw Van, his papers said he was eight months old. I looked at van and figured that it was a mistake, because he looked so big. However, once I got to hold him, you could tell that he was still young; hadn't filled out yet.
Van loves to snuggle. Snuggle means: come next to a person lying on their back, position himself facing your arm pit, standing between your arm and body; crouch down and place nose IN armpit; use front paws to knead armpit. Sounds weird, but it is pure heaven. |
