Use your Summary Analysis from the DA Plus Diet Analysis program to answer the following questions.

1 How many calories of fat do you consume in a day? calories.

*To do this calculation, multiply the grams of saturated fat listed on the summary analysis by 9. Divide your answer by the your total number of calories, and multiply your result by 100. Repeat the calculations for monounsaturated and polyunsaturated fat.

4. Dietary guidelines say that fat should contribute no more than 30 percent of total calories, and saturated fat no more than 10%. Some health experts think that the fat content of your diet should be even lower. How does your fat intake compare with these recommendations?
